I have a 4g ipod 40 gig for my pc that has been working fine until last week.I was listening to it when some of the songs started skipping and the ipod started runnig slow and freezing up alittle bit, so i took it home and plugged it to my pc when my pc didn't recognize it and it actually froze my pc.I unplugged it and it started showing a sad face icon on it.I went to apple support website and tried doing the restore on it but the pc doesn't recognize it, not even in disk mode.So now my ipod is frozen i try to power it and the sad icon comes up and i hear the harddrive making a clicking noise.I don't know what to do. Please help Thanks.
