Music is on my ipod but itunes or Ipod agent doesnt see the music help

Hi

Ok my Hard drive died now i have a new one i want to transfer my music back from my ipod 30gb 5th gen onto my hard drive the problem is when i came to use ipod agent it didnt see my music it only saw one album and not the rest. I know the music is on my ipod because i can listen to it!!!

Anyide whats going on and what i need to do to get around this?

Its ok sorted blonde moment! It was conflicting drive letters.
