I submitted a question asking why I could no longer view my shopping cart. I can add items, but when the cart link is clicked, a blank page is displayed.
I received an answer explaining how to find the link that was not working.
How is this helpful? Are they paid by the response?

Try repairing iTunes and see if that helps correct the problem. You can download it and when the window opens it will give you the option to repair itunes.

I'm having the same problem as Outlander, and your suggestion didn't seem to help. Any other thoughts, from you or anyone else out there?
The only other suggestion I've seen has been to pester Apple until they clear the shopping cart, which I'd really rather avoid. Any help would be very, very appreciated.
For what it's worth... I've been having this problem for a couple of weeks, and once -- just once -- I actually was able to connect to my shopping cart. I haven't been able to repeat that success.

I'm having a problem accessing the shopping cart as well. What I did was turn off the shopping cart and purchase using the 1 click method and this worked. Just go into the preferences and turn it off. Then you will be able to purchase items.

Thanks - that seems to work for me, too. The problem was that my Shopping Cart was full of songs I'd found over the past year or two, which I had searched for at various times and was considering buying. The list is really the most important thing for me to be able to recover.
As anyone who encountered this problem been able to recover their Shopping Cart list?
