problem installing nano software

so i just bought my ipod nano, and as i put in the disk to install it an InstallShield box comes up and it says:

1607:Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime.

anyone know what this is or how to fix it???

Try restarting your computer. That can sometimes be the problem
