Just got an early christmas gift (40 GB 3rd Generation iPod, so my current one is now on sale).

Ok everyone, don't get over excited when you see what all this ad includes. Here goes:

Hardware:

01. Two Month Old 2nd Generation 10 GB Windows iPod (As good as new, no scratches), bought directly from Apple with existing warranty.
02. iTrip for iPod (Used Once), bought from Amazon with existing warranty.
03. New Earbud style headphones from Apple with two foam covers.
04. Universal Apple power adapter (110 Volts - 240 Volts) with automatic region switching.
05. Apple black nylon ballistic case with belt clip.
06. White (Snow - Solid Color) Protec 2 iSkin, with bonus silicone FireWire and headphones jack cover.
07. Apple Black Carrying Pouch.
08. Apple 2 meter FireWire cable.
09. Apple 6 Pin to 4 Pin FireWire adapter (For Laptops).
10. Apple iPod Remote Control.

Software:

01. MusicMatch Jukebox.
02. iTunes 4.11 for Windows.*
03. Latest iPod System Updater.
04. Bonus Frequencies for iTrip that lets you broadcast over 200 different frequencies from 87.9 till 108 FM including even frequencies!*
05. iTrip Free Frequencies FM Finder for your region in the USA.*
06. Latest Version Ephpod with instructions on how to download News, Weather, Sports and more to your iPod.*

In addition, all items are in their retail boxes (All like new) and have original UPC's and receipts. All the iPod and iTrip hardware is under warranty untill October 2004!

This bundle cost me a fortune ($420 inclusive of taxes to be exact), but since I got my new iPod early I am willing to sell this at a reasonable price. I am looking to sell the entire bundle for over a hundred bucks cheaper than I purchased it; $299 + Shipping . OBO.

WIll only ship with the USA to a confirmed address. Thanks for looking.

* Freeware burned on CD with instructions for your convinience.

The picture shows all the hardware for sale (Carrying pouch not shown, still in the box). The iSkin is on the iPod and matches to the tee. Software and receipts will ship with the bundle (Not seen in picture).

Great Gift Item

I think your price is a bit high. You can get used 10GB iPods for about $225 and thats eBay's high price. The iTrip is $35 new and the skins are available for less than $15. That is only $275 and that is assuming someone wants all the extra stuff enough to pay new prices for it used.

Keep in mind the edu price on a NEW 3G 10GB iPod is $269 with free engraving and shipping.

If would like to sell and are think of a more realistic price let me know.

Hey all , naah I actually sold a 5gb on eBay for 235 last month, with just headphones and a charger. Thanks for the offers, and Im sure if you guys get better deals out there grab em . Just wanted to add this ipod has no scratches and 11 month warranty still on (itrip too). I guess I could settle for $280 as my bare minimum. If nothing sells in a week I can break up this lot and sell components individually. Stay tuned for an update.

Thanks for looking

You say it is only 2 months old but they stopped making the Gen2 iPod in Jan-Feb and the last of the 10GB were pretty much gone everywhere by May-June. So did you have one sitting in a box for a year you never opened?

What does the going price of a used 5GB a month ago have to do with the price of a used 10GB today? Once again the edu price is $269 and everyone knows Apple's education discount policy is so liberal that if you lived near a school they would let you have it.

So answer this, why should someone pay that much for your used old 2generation one (whatever its condition, its still used) when for $10 less they can get a brand new one, 3rd generation personalized one?

Sounds to me like something isn't on the up and up with this guy.

Hmmm I bought it in September from the Apple Store ending their last shipment supply. I'm trying to make some $$$ here and recover my damages wisecrack. We can trade, ummm your mom for this iPod?
And you get a remote, itrip and iskin + 2 hours battery life on this ipod, for a bare 1 / 10 of an inch thicker.
This might help you if your slow 3G iPod, Evolutionary, not Revolutionary (http://www.anandtech.com/audio/showdoc.html?i=1827)

And WTF you mean 'something isn't on the up and up with this guy.' Do I even know you?

oh yeah and stop spoiling my ad. Sorry SOB.

So you would like me to be quite so you can make money by charging people more for a used product than they could buy it for new?

And you resort to name calling because I pointed that out? Looks like you are a real honest seller who could certainly be trusted with someones money in an online transaction.

(since you don't seem to understand a few other things I will point out that last bit was sarcasm)
