So I ordered the eV0 iSkin for my 30 gb 5th gen iPod from iSkin.com. After almost 2 weeks I receive the WRONG item! I was cool about it, it happens. So I try to contact the customer service and look up their exchange/return policy. I could not even find their exchange policy, not only that, the only way to get hold of a customer service rep was to email them. I email them, and I had to wait a total of 4 and a 1/2 days to get a reply back and that was because I had to send them another email asking why they still have not got back to me.

I finally get word back that I have to fill out some RMA form and that I'm responsible for all shipping costs even though it was iSkin's fault for sending the wrong item!!! Proposterous don't you think?

All in all I am very very displeased with iSkin.com's customer service and return/exchange policy. Buyers beware.

Thats depressing. They seemed like such a reputable company too.

Looks like I'll try my luck at Lajo instead.

What customer service? They messed up my order, charged my card, "delayed" the order and have not responded to any of my 4 emails. The response is a generic email that they have sent me 4 times!!! Their prodeucts get great reviews but THEY DO NOT. I still haven't gotten my merchandise AND they charged me for it (been 2 weeks). Look it up on their site and its listed as "delayed".

:shake: Buy your iskin through apple.com, don't make the mistake of getting it through them... :shake:
