Alright its been 5 months since the 5g came out. Since then I've only heard of one story about one recording accessory for it and that one (the Belkin Tunetalk Stereo) is still "vaporware."
COME ON ALREADY!!!
I mean even FEMA could have got it done by now!
Has anybody heard of any information about the Tunetalk Stereo or other recording accessory and when they will ship?

I agree. If I would have known it was going to be this long I would not have sold my 4G with italk and bought the 5G when they came out. I was fine with waiting a couple of months but this is getting ridiculous.

I'm waiting as well.
After upgrading from my 3rd gen iPod to the 5th gen, I've lost my recording capabilities...and I still can't view my videos!

Very disappointing a recording device is still not out there. Its killing me...

same here. I want to record my lectures @school. These 3.5hrs lectures are driving me insane.

^yep I'm in the same boat.
If I still had my Zen Neeon I wouldn't be having this problem. :rolleyes: Nor would it be an overpriced add-on.

yea, i don't understand why they removed the top connector on the 5g. I remember reading at one time that you didn't need any sort of an adopter but simply a 3.5mm (the standard computer) mic. Boy was i wrong. I really wish there was a simple way to get Linux on the ipod but I'm really too busy to do it manually. Then agian... i might just brake it again.
