Yes it would be, but that one is used, missing a piece and who knows what the heck else.
Mine is new, has all the pieces and comes in the box.

Mine is also the cheapest listing on Amazon.Com and the only reason I can't and haven't sold it on there is because I'm Canadian and they do not allow Canadian users.
