I know I'll never be able to compare to most of the other people on here, but here it goes:
I bought a mini in early January '05. I absolutly loved it, but by October, the battery was lasting less than 2 hours. So I went back to Futureshop (electronics store), and they gladly let me trade it in for a 20GB Photo, if I paid the extra $50. I'm pretty sure it's one of the best decisions i've ever made.

4GB Nano : feb 14, 2006
Yup, as much as a gadget lover that I am, I always stayed away from iPods. Why is that? I freakin don't know :D, but I'm glad that I finally got to it!!
But what made me swtich to the pod world is that fact that I bought a Palm Lifedrive 6 months ago, but this damn thing can only play high bitrate songs correctly from the SD card. Well size was also a factor. Anyway I think my next Palms will be more minimal than the LD and I always have an iPod on it side :D

iPod mini 4gig 2g - Disappointed about it's battery life, but I don't care because I don't listen to it often. I'm planning on buying a video iPod so I can watch videos as well as music. Here I come Family Guy!
