Suzuki Swift Built-in Radio

I have a Suzuki Swift 2005 1.3 GLS with a built-in radio CD player (no mp3). It's an Panasonic PACR01, and I'm looking for a solution to connect my iPod on the CD changer. I can't seem to find any solutions at Monstercable iCruzer, IceLink, etc.

Is there somebody who has connected the iPod on the Panasonic PACR01?
