This 20GB iPod photo seems to be locked up. Even when switched from the Hold position to normal, it's still locked up. None of the buttons are responding. Plugging the ipod onto my computer it's detected. Also detected with iTunes, songs still play on itunes. It also plays on winamp, ml_pod extension fine.
Also when I plugged it into the power adapter it'll turn on to the menu screen, but still with the locked icon. Holding the select and the menu button doesn't do anything.
This isn't my ipod, but I said I'd try to fix it.
Would this be a hardware or software issue?
