Album Art

Hello everyone, very new to IPOD but already want to throw it against the wall!

My album art is tagged on songs in my library but not on my IPOD, I have tried un-checking the "display album art" and re-checking in IPOD options but then an error code (-50) is displayed!!

I then play releveant song through IPOD which I know has album art associated with it, click the select button twice (as per apple user manual) and I just get 4 circles underneath the song details............

Please help!

If you want to throw your iPod against a wall, then just give it to me instead.

Try Resetting your iPod [hold MENU + SELECT]

then if that doesnt work try Restoring your iPod [open iPod updater & hit restore]

If that doesn't work maybe its a problem with your computer. Try reinstalling iTunes.

Otherwise there's not much to do after that.

Did you associate the album art before or after the songs were dropped on your pod? I had the same issue trying to add the art to songs already on the player. Even if I made the changes right on it instead of on my library on the computer, the changes wouldn't take.

What I had to do was remove the songs from the pod, add the art to the songs in my library, and then re-drop them onto the pod. That did the trick. Give that a try if you have the songs backed up and let me know if it works for you.
