Casette Plus Lighter/Charger In One?

I was looking through reviews, and I didn’t see this type of product, a casette ouput and cigerette lighter charger all in one device.

There are two reasons I want this; 1) the better output quality out the dock port, and 2) so I don’t have to deal with TWO hook ups to my iPod when I’m getting in and out of the car.

Are there any? If more than one, can someone recommend one being better than another?

Combine that with the postive reviewed Sony CPA-9C cassette adapter and its a slick setup.

Combine the ciggy lighter plug with a wall adapter and its a pretty simple universal adapter/charger that also happens to work with pretty much any case.
