Just Syned with ITUNES, had ephpod...please help!!!!!

I downloaded ITUNES last week, now i have 4 sometimes 5 copies of every song, how do i fix this short of resettting,i have 14 gigs and dont want to throw it on my hard drive then back up to the ipod??

When you started using iTunes did you start with a clean iPod? You really need to. Otherwise these sorts of things can happen.

I went from ephpod to itunes with no problems.. However, I have never used the sync feature.. TO bad it didnt work for u :-(
