One last question.
Everytime I put my iPod on my dock, (I have windows xp home) i get a balloon that comes up saying USB device not recognized. Then I wait and iTunes comes up and tries to update the iPod and then the do not disconnect goes away. instead it just says OK to disconnect. I try hitting menu and all the buttons but that screen doesn't go away, I can't listent to it while it's charging.
Does anyone else have this problem?
The only way I can listen to it on the dock is if I unplug the USB
