New Ipod!!! - do not disconnect though?

I got me ipod, it is tiny! really really tiny.

ANyway, i plugged it into the pc and put the ipod into the dockand for the past 10 minutes it says do not disconnect. this is normal right?

how long will it last!?!

I hate this about the iPod....all you need to do is right click on the iPod icon on the toolbar....it'll say something like "Eject", "Disconnect" or "Un-dock". Just click that option and the "Do Not Disconnect" alert will be gone in a few seconds. Be sure that you're done downloading music to your iPod before you eject it!
