Change language?

I don't know at happened but the language on my ipod is now in swedish, i think. i cannot read it. so is there a way to change it back? my updaer thing doesn't work..............

Go down the menu to the 4th item & press the center button>
go down to the last item & hit center button
go down one & hit center button to reset the iPod. I think this is right. You can look at the menu at Apple. I don't have my iPod on me at the moment.

that should bring you to the settings menu, and you will see "reset all settings" at the bottom in english. you can do that as Audrey said, or you can go to the third one from the bottom. that should be the language choices, and if its not, go up one or down one to see the list of languages.
