cant add some files to itunes

I have the 5g ipod and I have had troubles adding files to my library.

Specifically, video files. Even after converting them with videora, I cant add them to my library. When I go to file - add file to library, I can select it, but I when I click ok, it just does nothing.

Can anyone help me with this>

I think the problem is that you are converting them using the wrong settings, I know too high of settings and iTunes won't read them (like what happened a few times converting anchorman to iPod), The settings that I use that work 99% of the time in Videora is "MPEG-4/320x240/512 kbps Stereo/ 96kbps" and that seems to work, Other ones will work but I find that one to work more often.
