ipod specs: 1g 5gjg
this is an ipod that began showing the folder w/ and ! mark while still formatted for mac, tried converting it to pc using the 1.2.6 update which got it working for about 5 minutes or so, then tried updating to the 1.3 update which totally screwed everything up right after i got the reconnect firewire icon prompt the software froze, after i disconnected the ipod the screen went blank and would'nt boot up anymore and doesn't get power from the pc or charger, is this ipod dead or is there an app out there that can fix this?, thanx to anyone that can help!
