I got ripped off my Newegg.com False product info. Moster Car Charger

I purchased a Ipod Car Charger from www.newegg.com

they said this model is compatible with an ipod Photo.

None of the ipods have a Firewire port on the iPod itself. 3G and previous models use a dock connector cable that is firewire compatible for data transfer and charging. Return the wrong cables to newegg. This is the correct Monster Cable for your iPod:

That is for a 1st generation iPod. I've never had a single problem with newegg.com

But I digress. Just call up Newegg and ask them for a refund, and that you aren't paying for shipping because they say its compatible when its very obviously not. Like I said, I've never had a problem with newegg. They are the ####.

Newegg.com doesn't rip off anyone. They're the best place online to buy from and they have the best reputation. Just return the items.

ditto. new egg kicks @$$. i don't see anywhere on the link that it says it's compatible with iPod photo... all the pictures of the product show a 1g ipod and a firewire cable. i guess if you actually called them before-hand and someone told you it was compatible then that's their fault. otherwise it's kinda your fault for not paying more attention. newegg is a great company though so they probably won't give you much hassle on a return. idk about shipping though. depends whose fault it was. then again even if it WAS their fault i'm not sure if they'd be willing to pay for the shipping to the phillipines when the original shipment was stateside.
