Is the Griffin Powerpod compatible with the new iPod video?

I ordered the Powerpod online for my mini only to find out that I have to replace my mini with a new ipod video (which is fine) but I was just wondering if anyone know if I can use the Powerpod with the new video? I ordered it from ebay so there's no chance of returning or exchanging. The Griffin Technology website noted that the Powerpod is "compatible with all iPod but the shuffle" but I don't see the video listed under "works with".
