Hello, please I need your help.
Situation
Bought apple 30G 5 months ago. Using Xp proffesional, adapctec fireconnect and ipod 2.0. Musictmatch and mainly ephod. This was working perfectly for 5 months (I love this machine). Ipod broke. Took it to apple service and received a new one (two days ago). Updated to Itunes, and ipod 2.1. Initialized IPod as a windows environment. System recognized it right away. Itunes started synchronizing right away.
PROBLEM
Process stopped (battery died). From that moment, every time I try to connect Ipod to computer, windows freezes (blue screen) and computer reboots.
SOLUTIONS TRIED
Ipod has some songs in and seems to be working ok. I run a chekdisk on ipod (its internal check disk) and it is all ok.
I uninstalled all the ipod and itunes soft and driver from my PC and reinstalled again (used ipod 2.0 now), did same with Firewire card, but PC keeps crashing saying that maybe a driver is faulty
Any ideas, please your help would be greatly appreciated
