program that deletes from ipod

i noticed that when delete songs on music match and then sync my ipod the songs are still on the ipod. i know i can delete songs with ephod but that program doesn`t tag. does anyone know of a program that deletes songs on the ipod and does tagging thanks

My first suggestion is to try iTunes - it does pretty much everything you'd want to do with your iPod and your music collection (including tagging and really great management of what's on and not on the 'Pod).
