Hello,
I listen to classical music (vocal 70%, instrumental 30%) most of the time. My headphone budget is sub $120 and I have narrowed it down to UM1 or super.fi 3. Which one is better for me?
I also listen to U2 occasionally. Will these 2 work well?
Thanks,
Baxter

Well....I listen to U2 with my super.fis and it is great, in the song "Love And Peace or Else" the beginning bassline is really clear, much better than my computer speakers even....
But I hear that the UM1 is better suited for rock music, since they are warmer...But I don't own them. Jackonicko's Panasonics look really good too, might want to check it out...

This may be out of your budget , but may I reccomend the Shure e3cs. I listen to quite a bit of classical myself , I think they have almost perfect clarity and they handle the vocal range very , very well for my ears. I mostly like orchestra (as far as classical goes) though , so I don't need a thudding bass. Just tight , accurate and controlled. If you can try them out before buying , some have fitment issues it seems.
