I was thinking about bringing my ipod 5g into the apple store tomarrow because the click wheel is being really stubborn and the battery seems to be faulty.

What do I do once I get there? I only have the 1 year limited warrenty, will they give me a replacement unit right away? Will I have to pay any fees or anything?

Also, because the clickwheel randomly doesnt work, will they give me a new one if they dont see the problem? I am concerned if they dont see the problem at the store. The click wheel does move a little bit when scrolling too (its kinda loose), which is kinda annoying, will they exchange it for this reason if they dont see the other?

well the ipod messed up on it's own.

so i guess the apple store should replace it free of charge under warranty. thank god for warranty.

Do they give me a new one right at the store? Or do I have to wait without an ipod for a week or something (because that would suck)

Haha, all I did was bring it to the Apple store and told them there was a weird light under the screen that you can see in the dark when watching movies and they gave me a new one, no questions asked.
