Lost music......

I recently used vpod to clean out orphaned files, but now I have playlists on the ipod that when I try to play music from them they quickly skip through the track list and then back to the playlist as if the music is not there.

I assume it is as my memory has not changed. If the songs are still on the ipod how can I link the songs back up. I have experience of ephpod, xplay, musicmatch and itunes. This is a windows based ipod. Hope someone can help. Thanks

Looks like you're going to have to re-create them again.

Do you mean from CD? What made you come to that conclusion since the files seem to still be on the ipod they just don't seem to marry against the playlists????
