Is it possable that using In-Ear Headphones, like Shure E2c's can dammage your hearing? Any worce or faster than other normal headphones? This is at normal volume bye the way, because a while after using In-Ear Headphones I'm developing Tenitus :S Any thoughts out there?

I'm not sure if Tenitus is from my Ipod, or my Shures, but Its all that I can think of.

Any headphones, earphones, in-ears can damage your hearing. Use caution and common sense. If your ears start to hurt, stop listening to music.

any prolonged exposure to loud noise can harm you
be it from headphones, ear buds, cars, planes, trains, screaming kids, concerts, etc.
