Still waiting for the Itunes fix that will allow me to utilise my Photoshop Elements (PSE) collections.
PSE3.0 works fine with my 5G iPods but I upgraded to PSE4.0 in December.
Itunes 6.0.1 did not recognize PSE4.0 and removed all photos from iPod. My only option was to utilize the "folder method" which is arcane at best. I actually refuse to believe that Apple intended to continue to support the photo capablities of the iPod.
Itunes 6.0.2 is now out and, although it recognizes PSE as "existing", it still does not recognize any collections as existing. I have 9 separate photo collections which were originally created in PSE3.0 and recognized by Itunes. They (collections) still exist.
I also receive the Error -4 message now when I do an update. Everything else (video/music updates) seems to work fine so I think the Error -4 message is photo related.
Any help on this issue would be appreciated.
