Sleeping with In-ears

Just wondering, anyone here does it?

Is it safe to be sleeping with such expensive headphones?

Which earphones do you have? I tried it a few times but they ended up falling out. I would suggest that you just external speakers.

I was temporarly (10 Months) in a situation where noise during sleeping hours was unavoidable. During this time I would sleep with the Sony 71's in my ears listening to new age music. Very pleasent! The only thing you will have to do is constantly clean them, as your ear wax in your ears will, in time, seep into them.

and yes, sometimes i do fall asleep with my sony ex51 or even my shure e3g

i tried that with my e5cs and they broke. Luckily the warranty is for 2 years and they replaced it within a week.
