I havent seen anything like that.. though you could get an external amp and use the pan to put more of the sound into your right ear..

that or you could manually edit all your tracks in a sound-editing program & pan them, or just lower the volume on the left channel...

I have a similar problem and haven't come across any small earbud type phones with a l/r balance control. I have emailed Apple a few times to try and get them to do something with the Ipod, but nothing has happened.
I would be great if other members here could email Apple. The more people that do this, the better the chances of them doing something with the Ipod software. The Ipod listening experience is diminished with impaired hearing in one ear. While people with normal hearing will feel the music fill up in their heads, people with impaired hearing will feel the sound shifted to one side, losing much of that 'in your head' feel.

Deef, there are many routine surgeries that can restore hearing back to normal. depending on the problem. If you haven't already done so, it is worth checking out. I have had hearing completely restored in one ear that only had 20%. The surgery on the other ear wasn't as successful (but still considered a success), resulting in the unbalanced sound.

The Sennheiser HZR 62 is a volume control cable with separate left/right controls. The only problem is that it's 6 meters long.
