trying to change Stop times ? :S

i downloaded all 7 audiobooks of the dark tower by stephen king and books 2-7 are perfect but in the first one the stop times IN ITUNES are all wrong they stop at 2min or 3 min if i open the files with the wmp they are fine.. been trying the get info->stop tome thing but i cant add time to a any audio file.. so any help would be appreciated ..
i wanted to hear this on my ipod not in the pc.. :S
