I was using PodPlayer and I am on my home computer that has itunes too and I hit open as playlist in externally and it made a double of everything in my library! How do I undo it! Do I have to sit and go through every song and delete its double?

You could manually delete all the duplicated songs if you wanted to, but I think it would be easier to simply delete your iTunes library, en masse, dump the music off your iPod back on to your PC (using iDump, or any of the apps that let you move your music from your iPod to your PC) and then recreate you iTunes music library.
This of course assumes that your iPod is fully up-to-date.
