Yes! You need the program Pod Player made by iPodSoft (http://www.ipodsoft.com/index.php?/software/podplayer) which is free. You need to enable disk use on your iPod and you store this program on your iPod. When you plug it into a computer without iTunes you just go into the iPod through My Computer and launch the application. It will bring up an interface that is kind of set up like iTunes and you can listen to all your music without ever installing anything on the computer.
