Video Stalling

I just got my IPod 5g 60gb a few days ago. When I play any kind of video, it will play for the first 5-10 second and the video will stall for another 5-10 second. When the video come back on, I get no audio at all. I then have to replay the video again and hopefully the video won't stall again.

My MP3's plays just fine, but when it comes to watching video, it won't play without stalling and have the audio cut out completely.

Please help.
