My better half and I each have ipods...woohoo. Actually, Mine's in the mail as a gift.

I've been playing around with ITunes, for her machine, but I have a question I can't find a decent answer for.

We have VERY different musical tastes. Can we make more than one Library on the same PC so we're not tripping over each other's stuff?

Would the easiest way be to create a different user in windows for me?

Yep, your best bet is to create a different user in Windows. You cant have seperate libraries under the same user.

welcome to the lounge :)

the 'easiest' way would be to create tow different playlists for each of you and manage those manually.

however this is a new app that allows you to manage multiple libraries, even on the same windows user account....

Thanks for the link to Libra above to create multiple Libraries. Been looking for something like that for months having loads of music (1 full 4G 60Gb and wanting to put certain stuff on my older 3G 30Gb). It's clean, simple and works. Although a fully functioning and unlimited trial I'll happily pay the nominal shareware fee. Now if only all software, large or small, was this good!
