Apple In-Ear phones

Seems like I've just wasted a good £25 pounds. Will they get any better (fit that is) and if not does anyone know whether its within consumer rights to get a refund on something that practically doesn't work seeing as it doesn't fit the ears?!

You can probably tell Im a little peeved but any help would be great.

Yes, the fit is terrible, and it doesn't get any better. I use the Sony eartips from the 81's on the Apple In Ears. They work great. Maybe some of the posters here have a spare set they could send to you.

and if you decide you don't want it, and can't return it, you could probably find someone that would buy it here in the Classifides. Just make sure you disenfect/clean the ends before he sale ;)
