None, as it's not yet available is Aus, and having browsed through it (you can look but not buy), it looks like it only has mainstreamish artists anyway

None so far.
I bought one remix of Ryuichi Sakamoto, and ... come to think of it, that's all I've bought. I've hoped to buy others, but whenever I do a search, it's not there.

Haven't bought any as of yet. I haven't really felt the need to, but I did get this free music download code from the Pepsi bottle, so we'll see...

The ones I bought were for a friend who wanted a mixed cd. I got to keep the originals tho :D. But I personally would rather have a hard copy IF an artist has at least 3 to 4 GOOD songs I want otherwise I'll either download the one I like or borrow the cd from a friend who has it and get the whole thing. And if I really like it then I'll go buy the hard copy.

I bought lola by the kinks, cause my wife didn't believe me that I'd never heard it before. It ended up being a 1 minute clip of a live version.

I have downloaded about thirty songs. I was enthusiastic about the iTunes Store at first, but I need better than 128kbps. I'm done until they up the quality...

Wow...it seems as if most people hardly use iTunes at all! I am in the middle of the pack when it comes to iTunes.

I've bought over 100 songs so far. As much as I despise the RIAA (particularly in light of the news of their plot to raise prices already) and despite the fact that itms encodes at a lower bitrate than I prefer, I still like the convenience of itms, and I also want to encourage the industry to create more equitable and convenient distribution channels.

I've purchase a total of 133, mostly oldies. Two of them are CD's.
Pro: I do like the fact that I can listen to the songs the same day of purchase instead of waiting sometimes weeks for a delivery.
Con: I don't like the fact that you can only preview 30 seconds of a song, so I only buy single songs or CD's that are cheater at iTunes. I use Rhapsody for previewing.

One, my sister was looking for a Sade song but was afraid that she wouldn't like the entire album so I download the single from the iTunes music store for her.

417 songs so far purchased via the iTunes Music Store. It should be noted that many of those are from purchasing albums, they were not all individual song purchases, though much of them were. I plan on purchasing some more over the weekend.
Only ones I bought were from Pepsi caps. Screw the RIAA, I'll download whatever the hell I want. Though I'd definitely buy a CD if I respected the artists.

I had 103 freebies from pepsi
I've actually paid for 7 albums, and maybe 2 dozen singles.
For me it's convience. I've been to way too many concerts and have substantial hearing damage, so I can't really tell the difference. I live in a small town and Target just doesn't carry what I want. If ITMS has it, I'll get it from there...otherwise, I'm waiting by the mailbox, like a dog waiting for his owner to come home home from work.

I think I win...483 songs. Only 3 of those were on Pepsi's dime.

I have 80 from the Pepsi thing, and bought 5 with actual money. I'll probably buy more in the future, but I only use it to buy individual songs by artists I'm not likely to get full albums from. If I want the whole CD, I'll keep scanning the $5 used CD room at my local record shop. :) Or, if it's something I NEED, I'll buy it full price. I've basically been using iTMS to grow my '80s collection. ;)

None, simply because ITMS is not available i Europe.
If the European prices will match the $0.99 prices in the US I will consider it... ;)

Darn you Apple, hurry up and roll it out in the sunny (well, currently) UK:D

I wouldn't trust iTunes at all. If you go out and buy the CD the music is stored on a reliable medium, the only way you would lose it is if you snap or badly scratch the CD but if you take care of your belongings that won't happen :D

i downloaded about 60 songs (i will have to check when i get home) but that includes about 25 from the pepsi promo, and most of the free downloads, so that is about 6. So ones that I actually PAID for, about 30
i'd rather get them for free on limewire. i do usually download the freebie of the week, they suck sometimes tho.
oh and what is this pepsi thing that's going on??

Haven't purchased any songs. Got a couple free ones thanks to Pepsi but that's all I've gotten off iTunes. I would rather pay the same or a couple dollars more to have the original CD quality rather than a 128kbps compressed AAC file.
