So I had a problem with my iPod Nano (it wouldn't shut off at all) and took it to the nearest Apple store, it was all fixed but the songs were gone. I came home to restore them but when I clicked the iPod tab in Itunes all of the song names were dimmed and had a lock image (like when you put the Nano on hold) on the bottom of the page where it tells you how much space is used/left on your iPod. Can someone PLEASE tell me how to get rid of it. I really don't want to drive back to the Apple store. Thanks so much in advance.
