- 20GB 4G Color iPod
- IR remote control with stand
- Apple wired remote
- iTrip with LCD
- translucent white silicone case with a flip down bottom so you can charge in a dock with the skin still on
- sync cable
- wall charger

Oops - I can't believe I forgot the headphones. I have brand new Apple headphones for the iPod that are still in their packaging to go with this iPod.
