I finally caved in and switched from the iSkin to the Exo flip case. I really want to use my Altec Lansing speakers more, and it's such a pain to take the iSkin on and off. I received my red Exo flip case today. I finally managed to get it on. Is there a secret to getting on and off easily? I'll leave it in the case unless I need to use my armband. Next stupid question - what's the loop on the upper left for? A lanyard to hook on?

i'm not sure, but on lajo's website, the sizes listed are 20 and 40 gb, both of which are a few hundredths of an inch thinner than the 20 and 60 gb color ipods. i was actually thinking about this today due to the fact that i am going to order a few in the next day or so. i'll repost when i get them.
anyway, back to the problem.. i think that the cases are made for the black and white ipods, which are a little bit thinner than the color ipods. i had the same problem getting the case on and off with my macally ice suit. it fit pretty easily on my girlfriend's 20 gig black and white ipod but it was very tight on my 20 gig color.

I have the 20 GB b/w iPod, so it should fit fine. It peels on and off, I just thought maybe there was a trick to it that I didn't know about. I haven't taken it off yet. Maybe it stretches out a little w/wear and tear.
