Beginner needing help

Hi, i've just bought an ipod and was wondering if someone could tell me how you move songs you've downloaded from other internet sites into your itunes. Also do u know any good sites that you can download songs from for free?

Open iTunes>go to File>Add folder to library>find the file and highlight it then click 'ok'. Second option is to transfer all of your music into your music folder on your computer and then do the previous option. All of the music will be added to the added to the iTunes library at the same time. This is better if you have your music in separate folders on your computer.
