My friend put all our cds onto his iTunes for us

I'm new to the whole iPod thing - Can I download his itunes library onto our iPod with no problems? Or can I copy his library onto our computer and then download it onto our iPod?

yep you can sync it to his list

but when you get home and plug it to your computer you could a. get a program that downloads all the files off of your iPod to your computer or b. set it to manual so you don't lose everything when you try to update

normally you get a prompt saying that if you use this list it will erase all your songs.. you obviously don't want that ^_^ then you can go to edit>pref>ipod and set it to manual :D
