hey!

ok, here's the story, if you only want to know my exact question, skip this paragraph.

i have a 4g ipod and an iskin for it, and i'm pretty happy. but since i now have a little speaker system with dock connector, i have to take the iskin off if i want to use it. my dad is thinking about buying a skin for HIS ipod and is considering to get the same as mine. so he offered that he could take my iskin (good condition :) ) and get me another one. so because of the speaker problem i was thinking about something like invisibleshield, the problem is, that it costs like 25 dollars, and i think that's too much for a product like that.

so i am looking for a product similar to invisibleshield, but cheaper. if anybody knows something out there and knows it works well, it would be great if you could give me some advice. in the worst case i think i'd make my own skin out of paper and transparent adhesive film on top, but maybe there's something else ;)

thanks!

Best skins Ever are under $12. I read on the Headfi forum to use windex to apply. But not sure about that. Do a Google for Best Skins Ever.

Cheers,
Robert

BSE doesn't offer a skin for the 4G iPod. Only the 5G.

i'm still looking for the same thing as well ... i've got an iPod Photo

out of curiousity (and i've already tried to do a search), would you have uncovered areas if you used a 5g BSE on the 4g ? anyone tried?
