How Do you put in earbuds?

So after reading this forum for quite some time, and seeing how many people complain about earbuds in general...here is my question:

How DO you put them in your ears properly?
How far in should they go?
What angle should they be at?


I have never seen pictures on how to do it...and have been experimenting with my new radioshack buds that "might" be branded Sennheisers...but I can't decide how to keep them in.


So, does anyone have tips or pictures?

There was an article about this floating around in the old lounge, with a diagram of the tragus, antitragus, etc.......Earbuds go in the external ear--you might be confusing the buds with ear phones that actually go in the ear canal itself--these are much more difficult to properly place.

I personally have been unable to find an earbud that fits my external ear comfortably--probably due to my funky ears. Ear phones (I use Shure E2's with ear molds) however work great for me. If you're having problems getting the buds to seat properly (and many people, including myself, do) then you might want to consider switching to an earphone that actually inserts into the ear canal itself.
