sound disappears after short video freeze ?!

Hello

My iPod video playback behaves oddly:

I have no problem with video podcasts but with any film I encode, the video freezes after 2 or 3 minutes for a few secondes, then returns to normal playback but without sound...

I have tried various settings with Videora and Ripp-It but no success.

Any idea?

I deleted the ones I had with this problem and reconverted them with success.

Do you have the new firmware? Cause I was having the same problem with the new firmware. I downgraded and have had no problems.

Yes, new firmware.
I reencoded many times, 2 or 3 videos with differents apps.
Same problem.
