I think they will come out next year or maybe even two years from now. Apple probably wants to get with hollywood, sony movies, disney and others to have full feature films on iTunes for download. Maybe even a subscription or pay per view?
Oh, and also I don't think it will be an iPod. iPod's are about music and not movies. The 5g is music first and video 2nd (or third after podcasts??).

I think that ipod with video will be obsolote like ipod photo. we will see real video ipod someday around summer. I am not kidding. it will be inevitable.
