Aux Input Sensitivity settings?

Just got another Eclipse Deck (5435) cause this one has the AUX IN capability. Looking through the manual u can adjust the AUX INPUT Sensitivity.

It says:

Input sensitivity modes are roughly as follows:

Low 1Vrms
Mid_Low 480mVrms
Mid 240mVrms
Hi 129mVrms

Any idea which one to use with the iPod Video 5G.

I don't have a special dock or anything. The Aux cable just goes into the headphone slot.

well it turns out the HI settting works the best anyways lol.

I usually use that type of setting to match the volume level as close as I can to that of the radio or a CD playing on the deck. I don't think you will go wrong using the hi setting for coming off the headphone jack.
