Anyone know if there is going to be an iPod Video interface for cars? I am trying to play my music videos through the screens in my car....any info?

you would probably need 2 LINE-INs, 1 CD-Changer in for music and one video-in for the videos.
The CD-Changer-connection uses the dock.
The Video-in uses line-out or headphone-jack.
As you probably have a dvd-player or -changer as well you would need to buy a blackbox with more connection-posibilities to keep this.
Videos would have to be controlled on the ipod itself while music can be controled though the headunit if you want add an ipod-interface-adapter (ice link, harman kardon drive+play or adapters from alpine, kenwood, jvc, blaupunkt.... price $100-$150)
If you don't care about controlling the ipod through the headunit you could just connect it with an a/v-cable.
