Hi There,
After 18 months trouble free usage with my media reader i've started to have problems.
Upon inserting my CF memory cards into the reader and hooking it up to the ipod (with full charge applied to both ipod and media reader) i keep getting the "No disk inserted" Message from my ipod.
I have noticed also that when this happens the green LED constantly flashed at a rate of about 1 slow flash per second (not the rapid flashing that occurs when data is being transferred normally).
If i disconnect the reader from the ipod when this happens i notice that the LED continues to falsh for several seconds afterwards in this same manner.
I have tried it with several CF cards and thw problem is the same with all of them.
Any ideas?
