I just pruchased a 30 GB IPOD and am having problems installing it. I am running windows XP, but when I go to automatically install the program from the provided cd an error occurs that reads."1607: unable to install installshield scripting runtime." Does anyone know how to solve this problem. I purchased a USB 2.0 notebook card, but that didnt seem to help at all. Please help.
